Booking, Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy

Effective October 23, 2026. These terms apply to new bookings made on or after this date. Any earlier confirmed booking remains subject to the terms agreed to when it was booked.

Late arrivals

• 0–15 minutes late: A grace period with no late fee. Your scheduled end time does not change.
• 16–30 minutes late: A $25 late-arrival fee applies and must be paid before service continues. Your scheduled end time does not change.
• More than 30 minutes late: Your booking may be canceled as a no-show and your deposit may be forfeited, depending on scheduling and staff availability.

Please contact us as soon as you know you are running late. Extra time is available only if the schedule permits and may require an additional booking charge disclosed before it is added.

Deposits and cancellations

• Deposits reserve a date and time. Customer-canceled bookings have nonrefundable deposits. With sufficient advance notice, the deposit may be transferred to one new date under the rescheduling rules below.
• 48 hours or more before the appointment: You may request one complimentary reschedule, subject to availability, instead of canceling.
• Less than 48 hours before the appointment: The deposit is forfeited if you cancel or cannot attend.
• No-shows: The deposit is forfeited.
• We do not impose an additional cancellation fee on top of a forfeited deposit for the same cancellation.

Rescheduling

• One reschedule is free with at least 48 hours' notice for standard photoshoots and studio bookings, subject to available dates.
• A second reschedule has a $25 administration fee, disclosed and payable before the new date is confirmed.
• Birthday parties, weddings and large private events: Please request a new date at least 7 days ahead. Changes with less notice may be treated as a cancellation under the terms of the booking.
• Deposits do not transfer to another person or a different service without our written approval.

Studio rentals and photoshoots

Rental and photoshoot sessions begin and end at the reserved times, even if you arrive late. Time cannot be extended when another booking follows. Any extension requires advance approval and an agreed additional price.

Ticketed events

Tickets for scheduled special events are final sale unless Tarzann Exoticz cancels the event. If we cancel, customers can choose a full refund for the canceled event or an available replacement date. Any event-specific terms shown on its booking page also apply.

If Tarzann Exoticz cancels

If we cannot provide the scheduled service and cancel your booking, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid for that booking or reschedule to an available date without a change fee.
